About Weather-Related Models

Our Weather-Related Models were created to provide a simple and efficient way to disseminate timely weather-related tree crop information to California fruit and nut growers, researchers, and industry professionals. The service was made possible through the financial support of several commodity groups, collaboration with the UC Statewide Integrated Pest Management Project, the California Department of Water Resources, and the commitment and expertise of UC scientists and staff.

The Fruit & Nut Research and Information Center is grateful for this collaboration and supports and invites their continued involvement to develop and update weather-related models as useful tools in the management of California tree crops.
