The Fruit and Nut Research and Information Center is delighted to announce that we will be continuing our partnership with the National Clonal Germplasm Repository to offer several annual fruit tastings.
Registration is required to attend each tasting and spots are limited, so mark your calendars!
The 2026 tastings have been scheduled as follows:
- Mulberry and early Prunus: Sunday, June 14th at 11 AM
- Prunus (stone fruit): Saturday, July 25th at 10 AM
- Fig and Grapes: Saturday, August 29th at 11 AM
- Pomegranate and Persimmon: Sunday, November 15th at 10 AM
The tastings last about 2 hours, but show up on time to hear from the curators and to ensure you get to try all the fruit!
Please be aware:
- Minimal shade and restroom facilities are available.
- No pets, please.
- Parking is limited, carpooling is encouraged.
- You are visiting an active research farm - no wandering, please!
